Our Vacation Property Group members subscribe to the following Code of Ethics:
- Be mindful of the trust placed by the customers and of the responsibility to render professional vacation rental services.
- Employ and practice legal and truthful advertising.
- Fairly disclose the obligation of both the owner/company and the customer at the time of inception of the agreement and fulfill owner/company obligation in an expeditious manner.
- Respond within a reasonable period of time to any customer complaint and make every reasonable effort to satisfy the needs of the customer.
- Further the public interest by contributing to the development of a better understanding of the vacation rental industry.
- Exercise social responsibility.
